Cancellation policy

It's a bummer, but we know it. Sometimes things can't go as planned. That's why we have a cancellation policy that we hope you will appreciate and respect.

Don't be a no-show

We need to know if you cancel, so we can plan our work. And we need to know in good time, so we can give the space to another dog.

No fees or deposit

We don't charge fees or deposits when you book a spot for your dog. We trust that you will let us know if you can't come after all.

Changing your booking

If you need to change your booking, let us know as soon as possible. We can adjust both the arrival and departure dates. We will do our best to help you.

Delays on return

Don't worry. We will take care of your dog if you are delayed on your return. The departure will be extended, and you just need to keep us updated about your arrival.
